Hypertext Fiction Page Three

Page Three, or "Three" as its parents called it was unsuspecting of its purpose in the universe, much like Page Two had been born, innocent. Page Three decided early on that it was going to be full of beautiful words that sounded nice.

It was full of glistening nouns, mellifluous adverbs and even an epigram or two. However, because Three had an attention deficit disorder, it soon lost the plot and began to run wild, even creating lyrics for indie bands.

But Hypertext Page One and Two decided they had to be more strict with Three. They needed Three to conform, and adapt to their designs. They needed Three to come up with a continuation for their plot.

Reluctantly, Three agreed to continue the story so that they could create Page Number Four.
